Dr. Pietrucha brings expertise in areas that we know will not only be new to many of you, but directly apply to help with losing weight and preventing regain. Those topics include improving performance (she's a sports psychologist too, focusing on performance enhancement!), building momentum and motivation, coaching, psychological treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and of course, our foundation, Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
She and I see eye-to-eye on many aspects of weight control, including resilience (the most important factor in losing weight and preventing regain), self-efficacy, finding the “zone” and flow, values clarification (self-expression/exploration and its application to weight loss), focus and focus fade, analysis paralysis, and on her website she says willpower is b*** s***, which made me want to hire her immediately!"
Molly brings a skill set unlike any registered dietitian I have worked with in 44 years. She's not only a registered dietitian/nutritionist, but a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Her impressive credentials speak to her commitment to all that we offer; behavior change, nutrition, health and wellness, fitness, and weight control. It's a thrill to not only work beside her, but to watch her work. She brings the smarts, knowledge, experience, creativity, passion, and commitment that you are looking for. Truly, she never disappoints.
The three of us believe that you are dealing with a chronic disease, and addiction to food for many of you, and as a result, we treat it with the seriousness and professionalism that you deserve. We are behind you 110% and rooting for you all the way. You have our full commitment. Our Staff & Weight Loss Philosophy from Rich Weil
